Step Four: Room Reservation
If your proposal includes an overnight stay, you’ll book your room directly with the property. Some packages require a confirmed reservation to ensure the most private and intimate setting.
Simply share your booking number, and we’ll coordinate everything seamlessly with the hotel.
Step Five: Approval & Confirmation

Step Six: Remaining Balance
To ensure everything is flawlessly prepared, the remaining balance is due 30 days before your proposal. This step allows our partners and team to perfect every final touch.
