Step Three
Check Availability
We will swiftly and carefully review the details of your request. Once availability is confirmed and a provisional reservation is in place, we kindly request a 50% deposit - an intentional step that secures your moment and reflects your commitment to this unforgettable decision.
Step Four
Room Reservation
If you wish to add an overnight stay, please book your room directly with the property - either through their website or by phone.
Please note that most of our proposal packages do not include accommodation, though some experiences may include a stay, and certain locations require a confirmed room reservation as they take place within private in-house spaces reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Once your room is booked, simply share your reservation number with us so we can coordinate every detail seamlessly with the hotel.

Step Five
Approval & Confirmation
To secure your Perfect Yes, the deposit will be due within four days of our confirmation of availability from step three.
This step confirms your selected package and allows us to begin coordinating every detail with care and precision.
Step Six
Remaining Balance
To ensure every detail is flawlessly prepared, the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your proposal date.
Step Seven
Discreet Communication
Five days before your arrival, we’ll reach out - discreetly and via your preferred method - to walk you through how everything will be seamlessly handled at the property.
You can contact us at any time, and we’ll respond promptly to ensure everything remains effortless and perfectly in place.
