Step Three
Check Availability
We will swiftly and carefully review the details of your request. Once availability is confirmed and a provisional reservation is in place, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit - an intentional step that secures your moment and reflects your commitment to this unforgettable decision.
Step Four
Room Reservation
If you’d like to include an overnight stay, please book your room directly with the property - via their website or by phone.
Kindly note: some packages require a confirmed room reservation, as the experience takes place within the hotel’s private spaces.
Once booked, simply share your reservation number with us in order for us to arrange everything further with your allowance and directly with the hotel.
Step Five
Approval & Confirmation
To secure your Perfect Yes, the deposit will be due within four days of our confirmation of availability from step three.
This step confirms your selected package and allows us to begin coordinating every detail with care and precision.
Step Six
Remaining Balance
To ensure every detail is flawlessly prepared, the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your proposal date.

Discreet Communication
Five days before your arrival, we’ll reach out - discreetly and via your preferred method - to walk you through how everything will be seamlessly handled at the property.
