1. Scope of Services

 

At The Perfect Yes, we are honored to be part of one of life’s most unforgettable milestones. Every detail of our proposal experiences is designed to exceed expectations - with seamless planning, elevated touches, and a deep understanding of what makes a moment truly special.

To ensure this level of excellence, we work exclusively with Switzerland’s most distinguished five-star properties and premium partners known for exceptional guest service and memory creation. Every floral design, photography service, and experience add-on is handpicked, reviewed, and approved by our team to ensure it reflects the high standards of The Perfect Yes.

Our policies are created not only to protect the quality and coordination required for such an occasion but also to provide clarity, assurance, and care throughout the planning journey.

Our clients rarely need to reschedule, but should circumstances change, our team is committed to finding a solution that balances flexibility with the integrity of the experience.

2. Payment Terms

 

Deposit Requirement
A 50 % deposit is required once The Perfect Yes has confirmed the availability of all venues, vendors, and hotels associated with your selected package.
This deposit secures your date, allows us to confirm all services, and guarantees your experience.

Final Payment
The remaining 50 % balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled proposal date.
Your proposal experience is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.

Late Bookings
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required immediately after confirmation.

Late Payments
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date:

  • A reminder will be sent after 48 and again after 72 hours.

  • A four-day grace period applies.

  • If payment remains outstanding after this time, the booking may be canceled without refund.

Our team will always make every reasonable attempt to reach you before any cancellation occurs.
Please note that your experience can only proceed once full payment has been completed.

Refund Method
Refunds or credits are processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Perfect Yes does not cover third-party bank charges or currency-exchange losses.

Taxes and Location of Service
All services provided by The Perfect Yes are delivered exclusively in Switzerland through third-party partners such as hotels, florists, and experience providers. These include venue use, décor, and food & beverage services performed on site in Switzerland.
Under current tax regulations, these services are legally deemed to take place in Switzerland and are subject to Swiss taxation, already included in all displayed prices. No additional VAT applies under Swedish or EU VAT law (Council Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 47).

Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks on non-refundable payments are strongly discouraged. Clients are requested to contact The Perfect Yes directly to resolve any issue. Chargebacks without prior communication may be formally contested.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

At The Perfect Yes, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to balance fairness for our clients with the commitments already made to our partner hotels, florists, and artisans.

Each proposal experience involves advance coordination, vendor confirmations, and reserved hotel space - all of which require early financial commitments.

Cancellations Must Be in Writing
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to The Perfect Yes via email.
Cancellations are only valid once written confirmation of receipt has been issued by The Perfect Yes. This ensures both parties have clear documentation of the request and its timing.

Cancellations More Than 90 Days Before the Proposal

  • All payments made are fully refundable when the written cancellation is received and confirmed more than 90 days before the scheduled proposal date.

Cancellations Between 30 and 90 Days Before the Proposal

  • The 50 % deposit is non-refundable, but 50 % of it will be credited toward a future proposal experience of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

  • Any additional amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellations Between 15 and 30 Days Before the Proposal

  • The 50 % deposit remains non-refundable as it covers confirmed vendor and hotel commitments made on your behalf.

  • 50 % of the remaining balance will be refunded; the other 50 % may, at the discretion of The Perfect Yes, be credited toward a future proposal experience of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before the Proposal

  • Due to confirmed external costs and logistical commitments, the total amount is non-refundable.

  • However, in exceptional and compassionate circumstances (e.g., illness or verified emergencies), The Perfect Yes may review the situation and offer a partial credit at its sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Third-Party Services
Certain elements within your package may include services from third parties that operate under their own cancellation or refund policies (e.g., hotels, photographers, florists, private transportation, or musicians).
If such services are non-refundable to The Perfect Yes once confirmed, their cost cannot be refunded or credited to the client, regardless of the cancellation timing.
These amounts will be communicated transparently during the planning process whenever applicable.

Credit Validity

  • All credits issued by The Perfect Yes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

  • Once the validity period expires, credits cannot be reinstated.

Compassionate Exceptions
In cases of serious illness, travel restrictions, or verified emergencies, The Perfect Yes will always review each case with empathy. Credits may be issued, allowing rescheduling to a future date within 12 months.

4. Force Majeure & Emergencies

 

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or other force-majeure circumstances beyond the control of The Perfect Yes, we will work closely with all involved parties to find the best possible solution.

If no alternative can be arranged and the client declines the included backup options, a credit or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

In compassionate situations such as serious illness or verified emergencies, a credit may be issued and used to reschedule the experience to a future date within 12 months.

5. Rescheduling Policy

 

Standard Rescheduling
Each client is entitled to one complimentary rescheduling, provided the request is made at least 15 days prior to the proposal date and the new date is approved by The Perfect Yes, the hotel, and all service partners.
Any external costs resulting from the change (e.g., floral reordering, vendor or hotel adjustment fees) will be covered by the client.

Subsequent Rescheduling
Further rescheduling requests are subject to approval and any related supplier or vendor costs.

Requests Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Event
Rescheduling within 15 days of the event may be possible, subject to supplier availability and confirmed costs.

Change of Venue or Package
If the original venue or package is unavailable for the new date, a comparable alternative of equal or higher value will be offered. Price differences will be charged to the client.

Current Pricing Policy
When rescheduling, the current pricing of the new date or package applies.

Weather-Dependent Experiences
All weather-sensitive packages include indoor backup concepts. Should the client decline the provided alternative, rescheduling remains possible under the conditions above.

Processing Time
All rescheduling and amendment requests are processed within seven business days.

6. Discretionary Adjustments

 

The Perfect Yes reserves the right to grant exceptions, issue credits, or waive penalties in extraordinary circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, loyal repeat clients, cases of proven hardship, or situations where flexibility contributes meaningfully to guest satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of The Perfect Yes and are non-binding for future cases.

7. Last-Minute Bookings

 

For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due immediately upon confirmation.
All arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by the property and service providers.

8. Transferring a Booking

 

A booking may be transferred to another person if:

  • The request is made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled proposal; and

  • The transfer is approved by The Perfect Yes.

Any administrative or service-related costs incurred as part of the transfer must be paid by the new booking holder.

9. Payment Methods & Processing

 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Online Payment Platforms (e.g., Twint)

  • Bank Transfer

Processing Times
Online and card payments are processed instantly.
Bank transfers are confirmed within 1–3 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. The Perfect Yes does not reimburse bank-processing fees or exchange-rate differences.

10. Governing Law

 

The Perfect Yes operates under Swedish jurisdiction.

11. Visual Representations

 

Images and visuals displayed on The Perfect Yes website, social media, or marketing materials are intended to illustrate the atmosphere, aesthetic, and emotional essence of each proposal concept.

Some images are conceptual or digitally rendered to reflect the design intent of the experience. All are based on real Swiss locations and the creative direction of our proposal packages.

While The Perfect Yes ensures each setup captures the same mood, quality, and emotion, minor variations may occur due to seasonal changes, hotel layout, or material availability.

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that such variations do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

The Perfect Yes reserves the right to make reasonable design adjustments while maintaining the agreed-upon intent and premium nature of the experience.

13. Limitation of Liability

 

While The Perfect Yes strives for flawless execution, certain aspects of each experience depend on third-party providers (such as hotels, florists, or photographers).
The Perfect Yes is not liable for indirect losses, emotional distress, or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the services directly booked through The Perfect Yes.
We act as a coordinating intermediary between you and our trusted partners, ensuring each experience meets our quality standards.

14. Client Conduct & Responsibility

 

Guests are expected to respect all property rules, hotel policies, and local laws during their stay and event.
The Perfect Yes reserves the right to withdraw coordination support if a client’s actions jeopardize safety, legality, or the reputation of our partner venues.
Any resulting costs or damages remain the responsibility of the client.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

 

The Perfect Yes collects only the personal information necessary to organize your proposal experience.
All data is stored securely and shared solely with verified service partners directly involved in your event.
We never sell or distribute client information to third parties.

16. Accuracy of Information

 

While The Perfect Yes takes great care to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, prices, and images, occasional errors or updates may occur.
In such cases, The Perfect Yes reserves the right to correct information and will notify the client immediately if any change affects their booking.

17. Amendments & Severability

 

The Perfect Yes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes applying to future bookings only.
Should any clause be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force.
