1. Scope of Services
At The Perfect Yes, we are honored to be part of life’s most unforgettable romantic milestones. Every detail of our proposal and romantic milestone experiences (including engagement proposals, vow renewals, and similar curated celebrations) is designed to exceed expectations - with seamless planning, elevated touches, and a deep understanding of what makes a moment truly special.
To ensure this level of excellence, we work exclusively with Switzerland’s most distinguished five-star properties and premium partners known for exceptional guest service and memory creation. Every floral design, photography service, and experience add-on is handpicked, reviewed, and approved by our team to ensure it reflects the high standards of The Perfect Yes.
Our policies are created not only to protect the quality and coordination required for such an occasion but also to provide clarity, assurance, and care throughout the planning journey.
Our clients rarely need to reschedule, but should circumstances change, our team is committed to finding a solution that balances flexibility with the integrity of the experience.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required once The Perfect Yes has confirmed the availability of all venues, vendors, and hotels associated with your selected package.
This deposit secures your date, allows us to confirm all services, and guarantees your experience.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled experience date.
Your experience is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.
Late Bookings
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required immediately after confirmation.
Late Payments
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date:

A reminder will be sent after 48 and again after 72 hours.

A four-day grace period applies.

If payment remains outstanding after this time, the booking may be canceled without refund.
Our team will always make every reasonable attempt to reach you before any cancellation occurs.
Please note that your experience can only proceed once full payment has been completed.
Refund Method
Refunds or credits are processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Perfect Yes does not cover third-party bank charges or currency-exchange losses.
Taxes and Location of Service
All services arranged by The Perfect Yes are delivered exclusively in Switzerland through independent third-party providers, including but not limited to hotels, florists, aviation operators, photographers, videographers, musicians, and experience partners. These services, including venue use, décor, food and beverage services, and transportation, are performed physically in Switzerland.
In accordance with applicable tax law, such services are deemed to take place in Switzerland. Where value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes are legally applicable under Swiss law at the time of service delivery, such taxes will be included in the displayed or confirmed final consumer price.
For cross-border assessment purposes, services connected to immovable property or physically performed in Switzerland may fall under Article 47 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC, whereby the place of supply is determined by the location of the property or service execution.
The Perfect Yes ensures that all pricing remains compliant with applicable Swiss and international tax regulations at the time of booking and service delivery. Confirmed bookings remain unaffected by subsequent tax status changes of The Perfect Yes.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks on non-refundable payments are strongly discouraged. Clients are requested to contact The Perfect Yes directly to resolve any issue. Chargebacks without prior communication may be formally contested.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
At The Perfect Yes, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to balance fairness for our clients with the commitments already made to our partner hotels, florists, and artisans.
Each experience involves advance coordination, vendor confirmations, and reserved hotel space - all of which require early financial commitments.
Cancellations Must Be in Writing
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to The Perfect Yes via email.
Cancellations are only valid once written confirmation of receipt has been issued by The Perfect Yes. This ensures both parties have clear documentation of the request and its timing.
Cancellations More Than 90 Days Before the Experience

All payments made are fully refundable when the written cancellation is received and confirmed more than 90 days before the scheduled experience date.
Cancellations Between 30 and 90 Days Before the Experience

The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but 50% of it will be credited toward a future experience of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

Any additional amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations Between 15 and 30 Days Before the Experience

The 50% deposit remains non-refundable as it covers confirmed vendor and hotel commitments made on your behalf.

50% of the remaining balance will be refunded; the other 50% may, at the discretion of The Perfect Yes, be credited toward a future experience of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before the Experience

Due to confirmed external costs and logistical commitments, the total amount is non-refundable.

However, in exceptional and compassionate circumstances (e.g., illness or verified emergencies), The Perfect Yes may review the situation and offer a partial credit at its sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Third-Party Services
Certain elements within your package may include services from third parties that operate under their own cancellation or refund policies (e.g., hotels, photographers, florists, private transportation, or musicians).
If such services are non-refundable to The Perfect Yes once confirmed, their cost cannot be refunded or credited to the client, regardless of the cancellation timing.
These amounts will be communicated transparently during the planning process whenever applicable.
Credit Validity

All credits issued by The Perfect Yes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Once the validity period expires, credits cannot be reinstated.
Compassionate Exceptions
In cases of serious illness, travel restrictions, or verified emergencies, The Perfect Yes will always review each case with empathy. Credits may be issued, allowing rescheduling to a future date within 12 months.
4. Force Majeure & Emergencies
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or other force-majeure circumstances beyond the control of The Perfect Yes, we will work closely with all involved parties to find the best possible solution.
If no alternative can be arranged and the client declines the included backup options, a credit or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
In compassionate situations such as serious illness or verified emergencies, a credit may be issued and used to reschedule the experience to a future date within 12 months.
While The Perfect Yes designs experiences to create meaningful and memorable moments, we cannot guarantee specific emotional outcomes, weather conditions, flight clearance approvals, or individual reactions.
All experiences remain subject to environmental, operational, and personal factors beyond our reasonable control.
Client Insurance
Clients are responsible for obtaining adequate travel, medical, and cancellation insurance coverage. The Perfect Yes does not provide cancellation insurance or personal accident insurance unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Aviation & Helicopter Services
Where an experience includes helicopter or other aviation services, such services are operated exclusively by licensed independent third-party aviation providers in accordance with applicable Swiss aviation law and international conventions.
Operational Authority
The aviation provider retains full and exclusive authority over:

Aircraft selection and substitution with comparable aircraft

Flight route, timing, take-off and landing locations

Weather-related safety assessments

Passenger weight limitations and safety restrictions

Operational adjustments, delays, rerouting, or cancellations

All pilot instructions, which must be followed by passengers
Weather and Operational Adjustments
Flights may be delayed, modified, rerouted, or cancelled due to meteorological, technical, regulatory, airspace, or operational reasons beyond the control of The Perfect Yes. In such cases, execution in the originally planned format cannot be guaranteed.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for:

Providing accurate weight and safety-relevant information

Arriving punctually at the designated departure location

Complying with all safety instructions of the pilot and flight crew

Ensuring possession of valid travel documents where required

Declaring special baggage or sensitive equipment in advance
Late arrival may result in additional charges or cancellation in accordance with the aviation provider’s terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Helicopter services are subject to the specific cancellation and rescheduling conditions of the aviation provider, which may differ from the cancellation terms of The Perfect Yes.
Liability
Liability for aviation services is governed exclusively by applicable Swiss aviation law and relevant international regulations. The Perfect Yes bears no operational liability for aviation-related incidents, delays, modifications, or cancellations.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Standard Rescheduling
Each client is entitled to one complimentary rescheduling, provided the request is made at least 15 days prior to the experience date and the new date is approved by The Perfect Yes, the hotel, and all service partners.
Any external costs resulting from the change (e.g., floral reordering, vendor or hotel adjustment fees) will be covered by the client.
Subsequent Rescheduling
Further rescheduling requests are subject to approval and any related supplier or vendor costs.
Requests Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Event
Rescheduling within 15 days of the event may be possible, subject to supplier availability and confirmed costs.
Change of Venue or Package
If the original venue or package is unavailable for the new date, a comparable alternative of equal or higher value will be offered. Price differences will be charged to the client.
Current Pricing Policy
When rescheduling, the current pricing of the new date or package applies.
Weather-Dependent Experiences
All weather-sensitive packages include indoor backup concepts. Should the client decline the provided alternative, rescheduling remains possible under the conditions above.
Processing Time
All rescheduling and amendment requests are processed within seven business days.
7. Discretionary Adjustments
The Perfect Yes reserves the right to grant exceptions, issue credits, or waive penalties in extraordinary circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, loyal repeat clients, cases of proven hardship, or situations where flexibility contributes meaningfully to guest satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of The Perfect Yes and are non-binding for future cases.
8. Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due immediately upon confirmation.
All arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by the property and service providers.
9. Transferring a Booking
A booking may be transferred to another person if:

The request is made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled experience date; and

The transfer is approved by The Perfect Yes.
Any administrative or service-related costs incurred as part of the transfer must be paid by the new booking holder.
10. Payment Methods & Processing

Processing Times
Online and card payments are processed instantly.
Bank transfers are confirmed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. The Perfect Yes does not reimburse bank-processing fees or exchange-rate differences.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by Swedish law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Falkenberg, Sweden, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

12. Visual Representations
Images and visuals displayed on The Perfect Yes website, social media, or marketing materials are intended to illustrate the atmosphere, aesthetic, and emotional essence of each experience concept.
Some images are conceptual or digitally rendered to reflect the design intent of the experience. All are based on real Swiss locations and the creative direction of our experience packages.
While The Perfect Yes ensures each setup captures the same mood, quality, and emotion, minor variations may occur due to seasonal changes, hotel layout, or material availability.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that such variations do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
The Perfect Yes reserves the right to make reasonable design adjustments while maintaining the agreed-upon intent and premium nature of the experience.
Environmental and Scenic Conditions
Outdoor environments such as lake views, mountain panoramas, sunsets, and visibility depend on natural conditions beyond the control of The Perfect Yes.
The Perfect Yes cannot guarantee specific weather conditions, visibility, sunset timing, lake reflections, or mountain clarity.
13. Photography and Video Recordings / Usage Rights
Photography and video recordings during the experience
During experiences organized by The Perfect Yes, photography and video recordings may be created, particularly to document the setup, location, and overall staging of the experience.
Use of setup and detail images
Images of setups, decorations, locations, and details that do not show any identifiable individuals may be used by The Perfect Yes without time or geographic limitation for marketing and communication purposes (e.g. website, social media, presentations).
Images featuring identifiable individuals
The use of any photo or video material in which individuals are identifiable is strictly subject to a separate, explicit consent given by the respective individual(s).
The booking of an experience package or participation in an experience does not constitute automatic consent for the use of images or videos featuring identifiable persons.
Separate consent (release form)
Where applicable, such consent will be requested after the experience in the form of a separate release document.
Without this explicit consent, no images or videos showing identifiable individuals will be used for marketing or communication purposes.

Every decision, policy, and partnership exists to protect the quality, reliability, and seamless execution of this milestone in your life.

15. Limitation of Liability
The Perfect Yes does not own, operate, or directly provide hotel, accommodation, venue, transportation, aviation, floral, catering, entertainment, photography, videography, or any other on-site services.
All such services are delivered by independent third-party providers under their own operational responsibility, licensing requirements, and legal liability.
The Perfect Yes acts solely as a curating and coordinating intermediary to align partners with our quality standards and to support a seamless client experience.
While The Perfect Yes strives for flawless execution, certain aspects of each experience depend on third-party providers (such as hotels, florists, or photographers).
The Perfect Yes is not liable for indirect losses, emotional distress, or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In all cases, the total liability of The Perfect Yes shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client to The Perfect Yes for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
We act as a coordinating intermediary between you and our trusted partners, ensuring each experience meets our quality standards.
Symbolic Celebrations
Certain experiences offered by The Perfect Yes, such as vow renewal setups or symbolic ceremonies, are purely celebratory and symbolic in nature. The Perfect Yes does not act as a wedding officiant and does not perform legally binding marriage ceremonies. Clients are solely responsible for arranging any legally recognized marriage ceremony through the appropriate authorities.
Expectation of Outcome
While The Perfect Yes designs experiences to create meaningful and memorable moments, the emotional outcome of any experience, including the acceptance of a proposal, personal reactions, or relationship outcomes, cannot be guaranteed.
The Perfect Yes shall not be liable for emotional expectations, personal outcomes, or subjective disappointment associated with the experience.
Substitution of Providers
If a confirmed service provider becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of The Perfect Yes, The Perfect Yes reserves the right to replace the provider with an equivalent provider of comparable quality and value. Where applicable, the client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
16. Client Conduct & Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect all property rules, hotel policies, and local laws during their stay and event.
The Perfect Yes reserves the right to withdraw coordination support if a client’s actions jeopardize safety, legality, or the reputation of our partner venues.
Any resulting costs or damages remain the responsibility of the client.
17. Data Protection & Privacy
The Perfect Yes collects only the personal information necessary to organize your experience.
All data is stored securely and shared solely with verified service partners directly involved in your event.
We never sell or distribute client information to third parties.

18. Accuracy of Information
While The Perfect Yes takes great care to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, prices, and images, occasional errors or updates may occur.
In such cases, The Perfect Yes reserves the right to correct information and will notify the client immediately if any change affects their booking.
19. Intellectual Property & Concept Protection
All proposal and experience concepts, creative designs, staging ideas, package structures, naming, visual frameworks, and coordination methodologies developed by The Perfect Yes remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Perfect Yes.
Clients may not replicate, reproduce, distribute, adapt, resell, or commercially exploit any proposal and experience concept or creative structure without prior written consent.
20. Amendments & Severability
The Perfect Yes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes applying to future bookings only.
Should any clause be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force.
