1. Scope of Services

At The Perfect Yes, we are honored to be part of one of life’s most unforgettable milestones. Every detail of our proposal experiences is designed to exceed expectations, with seamless planning, elevated touches, and a deep understanding of what makes a moment truly special.

To ensure this level of excellence, we work exclusively with Switzerland’s most distinguished 5-star properties and premium partners known for their excellence in guest service and memory creation. Every floral design, photography service, and experience add-on is handpicked, reviewed, and approved by our team to ensure it reflects the high standards of The Perfect Yes.

Our policies are created not only to protect the high standards and coordination required for such an occasion - but also to provide clarity, assurance, and care throughout the planning journey.

Our clients rarely need to reschedule, but should your circumstances change, our team is committed to finding a solution that balances flexibility with the integrity of the experience.

2. Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen package.

Deposits are only collected once all vendors, venues, and hotels have confirmed availability.

Upon confirmation, your experience is guaranteed and exclusively reserved for you.

Final Payment
-
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before your scheduled proposal date.

Late Bookings
-
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required immediately after confirmation.

Late Payments
-
If final payment is not received by the due date:
-
- A reminder will be sent after 48 and 72 hours.
-
- A 4-day grace period applies.
-
-If the balance remains unpaid, the booking may be canceled without refund.
Any external costs resulting from late payment, such as penalties from hotels or vendors, may be deducted from the deposit. -

Refund Method
-
Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
The Perfect Yes does not cover bank fees or currency exchange losses.
-
Taxes and Location of Service
All services offered by The Perfect Yes are delivered exclusively in Switzerland through third-party partners such as hotels, florists, and event providers. These services include venue use, food and beverage, and decorative arrangements performed on site in Switzerland.

As such, the services are legally deemed to take place in Switzerland and are subject to Swiss taxation, which is already included in the displayed prices. No additional VAT is applied by The Perfect Yes under Swedish or EU VAT law (Council Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 47). -

Chargebacks and disputes

Chargebacks on non-refundable deposits are discouraged. Clients are expected to contact The Perfect Yes to resolve any issue directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may be formally contested.

3.Cancellations & Refunds
-
Because our services involve coordination with Switzerland’s most sought-after venues and service providers, each proposal experience is the result of meticulous planning and early vendor commitments. We therefore uphold a firm but fair cancellation policy that ensures quality without compromising the overall experience.

Cancellations more than 90 days before the proposal date
-
The deposit is non-refundable, but a full credit of the deposit will be issued, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date, applicable to a future booking of equal or greater value.

Cancellations between 30 and 90 days before the event
-
The deposit remains non-refundable. However, 50% of it may be credited toward a future booking within 12 months. Any additional amount paid will be fully refunded.

Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the event
-
The deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded. The other 50% is retained due to confirmed external costs and third-party commitments. In exceptional cases, The Perfect Yes may review the situation and consider a partial credit at its discretion.

Cancellations less than 15 days before the event
-
No refund or credit is possible due to the proximity of the event and confirmed service commitm
-
ents.

Credit Validity
All credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Unused credits expire after the stated validity period and are non-transferrable, and
non-redeemable for cash.

4. Force Majeure & Emergencies
-
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances, The Perfect Yes will work closely with all parties involved to find the best possible solution. If no alternative can be arranged and the client declines the included backup options, a credit or partial refund may be offered at the discretion of The Perfect Yes.

In compassionate situations such as serious illness or verified emergencies, a credit may be issued, which can be used to reschedule the experience to a future date within 12 months.

5. Rescheduling Policy
-
Standard Rescheduling
-
Each client is entitled to one complimentary rescheduling, provided:
-
- The request is made at least 15 days prior to the proposal date and
-
- The new date is approved by The Perfect Yes, the hotel, and all involved vendors or service providers.
- If this rescheduling results in new external costs (e.g., floral reordering, vendor adjustment fees, hotel change fees), the client will be responsible for covering those additional charges.

Subsequent Rescheduling
-
From the second rescheduling onward, a 25% rescheduling fee of the total booking amount applies.
-

Requests Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Event
-
Rescheduling or amendments made within 15 days of the event may incur a 50% amendment fee and must be approved by The Perfect Yes, the hotel, and all associated vendors and service partners.

Change of Venue or Package
-
If the original venue or package is not available on the rescheduled date, a comparable package of the same or higher value will be offered. Price differences will be charged to the client.

Current Pricing Policy
-
If a rescheduling request is approved, the current price of the new date/package applies. Original pricing is not guaranteed beyond the original booking date.

Weather-Dependent Experiences
-
All weather-sensitive packages include carefully designed indoor backup plans. Should the client decide not to proceed with the provided alternative, rescheduling may still be available under the terms above and subject to related costs.

Processing Time
-
All rescheduling and amendment requests will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Last-Minute Bookings
-
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due immediately upon confirmation. All arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by the property and service providers.

7. Transferring a Booking
-
A booking may be transferred to another person if:

-The request is made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled proposal
-
-The transfer is approved by The Perfect Yes.
-
-
Any administrative or service-related costs incurred as part of the transfer must be paid by the new booking holder.

8. Payment Methods & Processing

Online and card payments are processed instantly.

Bank transfers are confirmed within 1–3 business days.

-Refunds are made to the original payment method. The Perfect Yes does not reimburse bank processing fees or exchange rate differences.

9. Discretionary Adjustments

The Perfect Yes reserves the right to grant exceptions, issue credits, or waive penalties in extraordinary circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: loyal repeat clients, cases of proven hardship, or other situations where such flexibility contributes meaningfully to guest satisfaction and long-term relationship building. All such decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Perfect Yes and are non-binding for future cases.

10.Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Sweden. All disputes arising from these policies will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Falkenberg, Sweden.

11. Visual Representations
Images and visual materials displayed on The Perfect Yes website, social media, or marketing content are intended solely for illustrative and inspirational purposes. Some images may be digitally enhanced or AI-generated but are based on real locations and moodboards aligned with the proposal package’s concept.

While The Perfect Yes ensures that each proposal is delivered with the same aesthetic intent, quality standards, and emotional value, guests acknowledge and accept that minor visual and decorative differences may occur due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, local logistics, vendor substitutions, or specific hotel layout constraints.

By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges that:

- Images do not constitute a contractual guarantee of exact replication.
-
- Minor variations do not entitle the guest to compensation, refund, or legal claim.
-
- The final setup will reflect the agreed mood, category, and premium nature of the selected package.
-

The Perfect Yes retains the right to make reasonable adjustments when necessary, provided the overall experience remains aligned with the advertised intent and value.
