You’re greeted with a glass of Champagne, and soon the first of ten artfully crafted courses is served. Each dish arrives with a story — presented personally by Chef Yannick Crepaux, who turns fine dining into theater. Between courses, glances are exchanged, smiles deepen, anticipation builds. As the final savory dish fades into the sweetness of dessert, a discreet moment arrives - your host gently invites you to “step outside for a small surprise.” The doors open to a softly lit terrace (or the fireplace corner in winter). Candles flicker in glass cylinders, petals trace the floor, and the mountain air feels almost still. There, among roses and quiet, you take their hand and speak the words you’ve carried for so long. A heartbeat of silence. Then a smile. A tear. A single, resounding word - Yes.
